Forget-Me-Not
July 8th: Outside of my childhood home in Girdwood, Alaska, I spent an afternoon taking photos of forget-me-nots. I love photographing flowers- it gives me the chance to mediate on their beauty, their temporality, and their forms. And it gives me the inspiration to capture their beauty in paper, so they may be admired all year long.
