Moss Mosaic
May 31st: Went for a walk in Totem Park, and was struck by how the whole world had been saturated with green. Even the wind smells green. In the middle of winter, standing in the exact same spot, you could never imagine the forest looking this green. And standing in the same spot on May 31st, you are so quick to forget what it looks like in the dead of winter. I call it: seasonal amnesia.
